1. What are the booking procedures?
Step 1: Browse through our packages
Step 2: Select the package(s) of your choice
Step 3: Send us your inquiry OR fill in the online booking form and then click send.

2. Do I need to register as an online user to make booking online?
No, you do not need to register as an online user to make booking online.    

3. Who are the authorized travel agencies?
For further information about our authorized travel agencies, please check at our website and click for "Agent".

4. Can I book packages for other passengers although I'm not the one traveling?
Yes, you can book packages for other travelers.

5. Can I purchase an open dated ticket online?
No, you must have a confirmed departure and return date to be able to book tickets online.

6. What is the cut-off time for online bookings?
The scheduled departure time of the flight must not be within less than 10 days from time of transaction. Booking has to be made 10 days before your departure.

7. How do I make a payment for my online booking?
Currently we only accept cheque and cash bank-in to the following account. Please send your payment to:

9. How do I collect my tickets?
Once your booking has been confirmed, an e-Ticket with your reference details will be sent to the e-mail address that you provide when booking. You do not have to go in person to collect your ticket.

10. What is an electronic ticket?
An e-Ticket is an electronic ticket used to represent the purchase of a seat on a passenger airline, usually through a website or by telephone. When a customer books a flight by telephone or using the Web, the details of the reservation are stored in the airline's computer system. A hard copy confirmation is not needed at the check-in desk. With e-Ticket, there is no paper ticket to misplace, forget, or have stolen. No need to worry about getting a paper ticket delivered in time. All you need is the booking reference, e-Ticket number and photo identification and you are ready to travel.

11. I did not receive my e-Ticket number yet after making payment. What should I do?
You can call us directly on weekdays from 9:00am – 5:00pm at 085-418739 to find out if your booking has been confirmed.

12. Can I make changes to my flight itinerary or dates of flight after payment and confirmation?
We regret to inform you that tickets cannot be changed after a payment has been made.

13. What documents do I have to produce at check-in?
For check-in, please inform the check-in counter your e-ticket reference number.

14. I couldn't find the answer to my question here. Where can I get more information?
